For Our Players. For Our Community. For Our Future.
Middle School Girls | Spring 2026 Season | Poconos + Regional Travel
League Overview
For too long, the numbers have told a story of disadvantage. For aspiring female athletes in the Poconos, the “Opportunity Gap” isn’t just a concept—it’s a 45-minute drive to the nearest practice, a $5,000 price tag on development, and a 44-1 head-to-head record against better-resourced teams from the Valley.
The talent is here. The passion is here. The potential is here.
The opportunity was not. Until now.
Crown Hub UNITED is the answer. We are a local, non-profit AAU program for girls, built to eliminate the barriers and provide the elite training, academic support, and competitive platform our players deserve—right here at home
Our Philosophy: UNITED as ONE
Our mission is to provide an educational, athletic, and positive experience through competitive basketball. We use the game as a vehicle to teach the life skills necessary to prepare young women for college and beyond. We believe that success is not accidental; it is a product of deliberate preparation.
Attitude + Preparation + Effort = Maximizing Opportunities
It’s not about winning and losing. It’s about preparing for the competition, maximizing your potential, and becoming a leader.
The UNITED Program Pillars
We build complete student-athletes. Our program is founded on four core pillars that ensure development on and off the court.
1. Elite Basketball Development
We provide an elite, competitive basketball experience focused on mastering fundamentals, understanding game strategy, and fostering a culture of perseverance and goal-setting. Our players learn to compete at the highest level.
2. Academic Excellence & College Readiness
Basketball provides the platform, but education provides the future. We offer robust academic support, educational guidance, and comprehensive college preparation, including NCAA readiness. Our goal isn’t just to get players to college—it’s to ensure they thrive and graduate.
3. Community Engagement & Leadership
We develop great players and even better people. Through monthly leadership meetings and community volunteer events, our student-athletes learn to become servant leaders who are active and respected members of their schools and communities.
4. Removing Financial Barriers
The reality is that competitive sports remain financially out of reach for many qualified and deserving youth. Crown Hub UNITED is a non-profit organization committed to eliminating the financial barriers to participation. We believe every girl who earns a spot deserves the chance to play, regardless of her family’s financial situation.
